Job Description

The College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA) is committed to advancing postgraduate surgical education,

strengthening specialist training, promoting research, and improving access to safe, timely and quality surgical care across the East, Central

and Southern Africa region.

Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital (KUTRRH), as an accredited COSECSA training centre, invites applications

from qualified and eligible candidates to pursue a five (5)-year residency training programme in Surgery, commencing in January 2027.
Job Specification

The programme aims to develop competent, ethical and highly skilled surgeons equipped with the knowledge, clinical skills and professional

competencies required to deliver quality surgical care, contribute to medical education and research, and strengthen surgical service

delivery across the region.

  • Credit Reference Bureau - (Certificate of clearance or credit report)
